“Food was amazing. Only issue wa with Alejandro at the front desk. When we said no to a time share tour he changed our room to a bottom floor The resort was less than 50% occupied and he Mention we were on the top floor with ocean view Everting else was a great choice to go. Just might not come back due to Alejandro. ”

“Amazing resort. From the minute you entered the gorgeous open air lobby the staff was very welcoming. Your wish was their command. From the 7 restaurants, to every bar/lounge, and the two pools the service was overwhelming. The best we have ever experienced. We reserved a room with a swim up feature. My first ever experience. It was enjoyable. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained. I highly recommend this resort.”

“Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep. Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. ”

“Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free.”

“The restaurants were all excellent and easy to reserve. You were able to reserve the entire week when you first arrived. We would have enjoyed more entertainment in the evening. Other than karaoke one evening, there wasn’t much to do after dinner.”

Noi avevamo prenotato una suite club con divano letto e letto king, in pratica un appartamento con una camera con vasca idromassaggio e un bagno con doccia murata, water e lavandino (no bidet), un angolo cottura ben fornito (frigo grande, freezer, due piastre cottura, un microonde enorme, un tostapane...) con stuzzichini e bibite che sono a pagamento, un soggiorno e un bel balcone/terrazzo. “bella vista, personale alla reception affabile e gentile. distante dal paese, raggiungibile solo con taxi o uber. per due giorni dei 4 hanno fatto i lavori di levigatura del pavimento vicino a piscina e ristorante, con ovvio disagio (rumore particolarmente). Strano che si pianifichino questi interventi durante la settimana santa”
